LLC (Lazy Lunch Chili) RECIPE

I call it "lazy" because normally I see chili-making as a simmering all day process...this is NOT that. It only takes me about 25 minutes start-to-finish and the kids are obsessed!

This recipe came to be by way of an odd new obsession. Last year, I watched a few vloggers who are based in the UK/England share their meals, and the way that (baked?) BEANZ seem to be so nonchalantly a normal part of breakfast and snacking there, had me intrigued.
